You need that sealant or lacquer to cure fast and—more importantly—evenly.&#xA;Most shops just default to those big-name European or American brands. Why? Usually, it&amp;rsquo;s just because they trust the name on the box. But here&amp;rsquo;s the thing: we build our lamps to hit those exact same curing profiles. You get the same heat density, but you aren&amp;rsquo;t paying a &amp;ldquo;brand tax.&amp;rdquo; They just slide right into your current setup.&#xA;&lt;strong&gt;Let&amp;rsquo;s talk about heat.&lt;/strong&gt;&#xA;To get a deep cure in wood coatings, you can&amp;rsquo;t just &amp;ldquo;warm it up.&amp;rdquo; You need high wattage packed into a short distance. We make sure our tubes keep a steady power ratio from one end to the other.&#xA;If the power dips at the edges, you get &amp;ldquo;wet spots.&amp;rdquo; Those are a nightmare during export inspections and usually mean a failed QC check. Now, you can wire these into your existing arrays, but be careful. Shortwave tubes put out some serious heat. If your conveyor belt is moving too slow, you&amp;rsquo;re going to scorch the wood. It&amp;rsquo;s all about syncing that belt speed with the lamp&amp;rsquo;s output.&#xA;&lt;strong&gt;Built to last (and be easy to fix)&lt;/strong&gt;&#xA;We use heavy-wall quartz glass. It’s tough. It doesn&amp;rsquo;t bow or warp when things get hot.&#xA;Inside, we use a halogen cycle. This keeps the tungsten filament from evaporating and gunking up the glass. It means the lamp stays clear and keeps pushing light through for thousands of hours.&#xA;And for the folks actually doing the maintenance? We use standard R7s or Sk15 connectors. We did that on purpose. They handle the heat, and your crew can swap a tube in minutes without having to take the whole machine apart.&#xA;&lt;strong&gt;A few things to keep in mind&lt;/strong&gt;&#xA;These lamps do exactly what the top-tier brands do. They ramp up fast and they&amp;rsquo;re efficient.&#xA;But remember, shortwave IR is aggressive. It penetrates deeper and faster than medium-wave. If you&amp;rsquo;re layering your coating on too thick, the surface might &amp;ldquo;skin over&amp;rdquo; while the bottom is still wet.&#xA;You&amp;rsquo;ll just need to play around with the gap distance and your belt speed until it feels right. Once you hit that sweet spot, it&amp;rsquo;s smooth sailing.&lt;/p&gt;</description>
