If you’re running it full-tilt for long stretches, the enclosure needs proper ventilation to keep things from overheating.
What It’s Made Of
The heating element is a halogen-filled infrared tube with a quartz shell. We chose it because it heats up almost instantly and stays steady, even after being switched on and off again and again. Inside, a reflective coating pushes the heat forward, so you get more warmth where you want it and less wasted to the sides. And the connector? It’s an R7s base—a tough, proven industrial standard. It gives you a solid connection every time, and it’s built to handle high heat and frequent bulb swaps. You just wire it up, clamp it in, and get to work. No messing around with weird, custom fittings.
